November Great Ideas Breakfast: People, Planet, Profit, Princeton

Is it possible to run a business and care about more than the bottom line? Come to our November Great Ideas Breakfast and meet members of the Princeton business community and a green business advocate who are demonstrating that it is possible to care about people, the planet, and profit in Princeton while running a business. The breakfast is this Wednesday, November 11th 8:30am - 9:30am in the Community Room at the Princeton Public Library.

Speakers include:

Athena Serafides - NJDEP Office of Sustainability and advocate for the New Jersey Sustainable Business Registry.

Ron Menapace - Co-owner of The Farmhouse Store in Palmer Square specializing in barn wood furniture created from antique barn boards reclaimed from 100-200 year old barns.

Fran McManus - Advocate for positive change in Princeton currently working on a sustainable apple cider project. Fran is also a founder of the Princeton School Gardens Cooperative and works with the Whole Earth Center.

Ryan Walsh - Associate at Indigo by Shannon Connor Interiors in Palmer Square, a home furnishings store that carries products that are beautiful and sustainable.
