This 550 SF one-bedroom\, one-bathroom home maximizes space and sustainability with natural light\, an induction cooktop\, heavily insulated exterior walls\, ductless mini-split HVAC\, an electric hot water heater\, and low-consumption fixtures. This ADU makes the most of cheerful colors and high ceilings to create an efficient yet spacious place to stay. \nPresented in partnership with the Princeton Environmental Commission and the Princeton Public Library. \n
