— Savor sustainability and community at an intimate, plant-based culinary workshop hosted by a Princeton resident in their thoughtfully designed eco-friendly home. Shai Rilov, CEO and co-founder of the nonprofit Robin Food, will teach you to cook a zero-waste meal that celebrates the abundance of local ingredients while minimizing environmental impact. The evening will be an outdoor celebration of conscious living, meaningful connection, & the delicious possibilities of a low-impact lifestyle.
