“Pocket-Sized ADU” – Kirsten Thoft
Step inside this unexpectedly spacious ADU (accessory dwelling unit). This 550 SF one-bedroom, one-bathroom home maximizes space and sustainability with natural light, an induction cooktop, heavily insulated exterior walls, ductless mini-split HVAC, an electric hot water heater, and low-consumption fixtures. This ADU makes the most of cheerful colors and high ceilings to create an efficient yet spacious place to stay.
